Complaints

IF YOU IDENTIFY A PRODUCT DEFECT

We strive to ensure our products are of the highest quality and free from defects. However, if you notice something isn't working as it should, we encourage you to first contact our service department:

Some issues may arise from improper assembly and may not require returning the product. Please remember that the wear and tear of certain components, such as wheels or bearings, is a natural process and not considered a defect, thus not eligible for a complaint.

IF YOU WISH TO FILE A COMPLAINT

Please fill out the complaint form, which includes the following information: your name, address, order number, a detailed description of the defect, and your complaint request. We encourage you to use our complaint form.

NOTE: We do not accept returns/complaints delivered in person. We do not collect packages sent with cash on delivery or to parcel lockers.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days from the date of receiving the returned product.
